The Torrance High School Spartan Marching Band was founded in 1917, the same year Torrance High School was established. The band has a long history and has been an integral part of the school's culture and tradition for over a century. Since its inception, the Spartan Marching Band has grown and evolved, becoming a respected and accomplished musical ensemble known for its performances, competitions, and commitment to excellence.
